About the Opportunity
We are currently recruiting 4 Martial Arts Instructors on behalf of a growing martial arts franchise expanding across the CV postcode region, including Leamington Spa, Southam, and Rugby.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a martial arts background or strong interest in combat sports to step into flexible coaching roles, with clear progression into lead instructor positions and potential franchise/business ownership.
Whether you’re an experienced instructor or looking to build a career within martial arts, this role offers a pathway to grow within a structured and expanding organisation.
The Role
As a Martial Arts Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality sessions while helping to build a strong local member base.
Responsibilities may include:
- Leading group martial arts classes (all levels)
- Supporting beginner and youth sessions
- Delivering 1-1 coaching or skill development sessions
- Assisting with class setup, member engagement, and retention
- Supporting the growth of new club locations
- Representing the brand with professionalism and energy

What We’re Looking For
- Background in martial arts (e.g. Karate, Taekwondo, Kickboxing, Boxing, MMA, or similar) or strong interest/passion
- Confident working with groups, including children and beginners
- Motivated, reliable, and professional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in long-term progression within the martial arts industry
Coaching/teaching experience is a bonus but not essential, training and development can be provided.
